In this role, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, increasing product visibility, and boosting sales through strategic promotions and market engagement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase product visibility and sales.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
• Organize and execute promotional events, including sales, exhibitions, and demonstrations.
• Monitor and report on promotional performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of promotional activities.
• Manage budgets and resources allocated to promotional activities.
• Leverage digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads to enhance promotional efforts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales promotion, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully executing promotional campaigns and achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and promotional planning software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
