📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of applied scientists, engineers, and researchers to drive innovation in resource optimization and environmental sustainability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex technical challenges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Master's or Ph.D. in Applied Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in applied science, with a proven track record in leading research projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficient in using industry-standard software such as MATLAB, COMSOL, and ANSYS.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
