📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform financial and business analyses to determine the value of companies, assets, or intellectual property.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports, including financial statements, market analysis, and comparative data.
• Conduct due diligence and research to support valuation assessments and identify potential risks.
• Present valuation findings and recommendations to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with legal, tax, and financial advisors to ensure comprehensive and accurate valuations.
• Stay updated with industry trends, valuation methodologies, and regulatory changes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of valuation policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to junior analysts and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business valuation, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Professional certification in business valuation, such as ACCA, CMA, or CFA, is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with valuation software, such as Valuator, ValuMark, or Excel.
• Knowledge of international business practices and regulations is a significant advantage.
