📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
• Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems through regular updates and monitoring.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of IT services.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to align with company goals.
• Monitor system performance and capacity, making recommendations for improvements.
• Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution to minimize downtime.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies, applying best practices to our systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT coordination or a similar role.
• Proficiency in ITIL framework and experience with IT service management tools like ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data protection.
• Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
