📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and canvass automotive workshops, garages, and dealerships in Semarang to promote and sell automotive spare parts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
• Manage and track sales performance, and provide regular reports to the sales team.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network with potential clients.
• Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in the automotive industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the automotive industry and its products.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
