📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Verify and process health insurance claims to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Work closely with our claims team to ensure all claims are processed in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensure all claims are in compliance with insurance regulations and policies
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in claims processing
• Provide regular reports on claims processing to management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims processed
• Stay up-to-date with changes in insurance regulations and policies
• Ensure all claims processing is in accordance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance claims processing or a related field
• Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and policies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with insurance claims processing software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
