In this role, you'll spend your days immersed in the creative process, from initial sketches to final product development. You'll work closely with our in-house designers, using industry-standard software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to bring concepts to life. Your assistance will be invaluable in managing client interactions, ensuring their vision is captured and translated into stunning designs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist senior designers in creating and refining fashion sketches and digital designs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Support the development of fashion collections by assisting in pattern making and garment construction.
• Manage client communications, ensuring their design preferences are accurately captured and translated into the final product.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products.
• Assist in the organization of fashion shows and events, including setup, execution, and follow-up.
• Contribute to the documentation of design processes and client feedback for future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and industry developments to inform your work and suggestions.
• Assist in the maintenance and organization of the design studio, ensuring a productive and inspiring work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for digital design work.
• Strong understanding of garment construction and pattern making techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and with clients.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Familiarity with the fashion industry in Indonesia, particularly in Bali, is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
