📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service to Mandarin-speaking clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, using our CRM system, Salesforce, to track and manage interactions.
• Maintain and improve customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing solutions.
• Assist in order processing, including order entry, verification, and status updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date with REHAU's products, services, and industry trends.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a multinational company.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems like Salesforce.
• High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree is a plus.
