📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide first-line IT support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software
- Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations
- Document and track IT issues, resolutions, and maintenance activities
- Provide training and support to end-users on the use of IT systems and tools
- Work with the IT team to implement and maintain security measures to protect the company's IT assets
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to the IT infrastructure
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, such as system upgrades and migrations
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT technical support or a related role
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks
- Familiarity with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Microsoft 365
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
