Domino's is seeking a highly experienced General Manager to lead our store located at 8426 North Lindbergh Blvd in Florissant, MO. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations and quality standards.,Manage store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and customer engagement.,Resolve customer complaints and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with the regional and corporate offices to ensure store goals are met.,Maintain accurate financial records and report to management as required.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant or retail management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Experience in the food service industry is a plus.,Must be able to pass a background check.
