📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Visit and canvass automotive workshops, garages, and dealerships in Semarang to promote and sell automotive spare parts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
- Manage and track sales performance, and provide regular reports to the sales team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network with potential clients.
- Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in the automotive industry.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry and its products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
