📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the IT team, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services.
Develop and execute IT strategies that support business growth and innovation.
Ensure robust cybersecurity measures are in place to protect sensitive data and systems.
Monitor and optimize IT performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide IT solutions that meet their requirements.
Stay updated with the latest technological trends and best practices, recommending appropriate solutions for implementation.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the IT department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a proven track record of success.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP are a plus.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud technologies.
Proficient in using IT management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Microsoft Azure.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
