📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate costing systems using SAP and other relevant software.
• Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data for costing purposes.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and control budgeting and costing processes.
• Train and mentor junior staff on costing and financial analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost accounting and financial analysis.
• Proficient in SAP and other costing software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with food manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Certified in cost accounting (e.g., ACMA, ACCA) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
