📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Evaluate training needs and design customized training solutions.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.,Conduct training needs analysis and assess training effectiveness.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their development.,Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with organizational goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other training software.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Certification in training and development is a plus.
