📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure the safety and compliance of construction sites according to Indonesian and international safety standards.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures for the construction team.,Provide training and guidance to workers on safety practices and procedures.,Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.,Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.,Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure safety objectives are met.,Enforce safety policies and regulations, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry.,Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) or equivalent.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international safety regulations and standards.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with construction equipment and tools.,Experience in managing and coordinating safety teams.
