📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, including passive and active job seekers.,Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions to accurately reflect the needs of the role.,Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure a high-quality applicant pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide input on the hiring process.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize our recruitment strategies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and the ability to effectively source and attract candidates.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficient in using recruitment tools and software, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to monitor and improve recruitment metrics.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) is a plus.
