📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop solar and battery energy storage systems (BESS) for various applications.,Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations for solar and BESS projects.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and meet client requirements.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in solar and BESS.,Prepare project proposals, reports, and documentation as required.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards for solar and BESS installations.,Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in solar and battery energy storage system design and implementation.,Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, battery technologies, and energy storage systems.,Proficiency in using design software and tools such as PVsyst, PVSOL, or similar.,Experience with project management and coordination skills.,Familiarity with local regulations, policies, and standards for renewable energy projects in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
