We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior QC Staff to join our team in Kuta. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and consistency of our services, which directly impacts our guests' satisfaction and our company's reputation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality checks on various aspects of our services to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Identifying and documenting any quality issues or deviations from standards.,Collaborating with various departments to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence of quality issues.,Providing feedback and recommendations to improve our services and processes.,Ensuring that all quality control procedures are followed and maintained.,Assisting in the training and development of junior QC staff.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date quality control records and reports.,Participating in regular quality improvement meetings and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Control in the hospitality or service industry.,Strong understanding of quality control principles, standards, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred but not required).,Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus.
