📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the clinic, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and accounting standards.,Manage the clinic's payroll, including processing payments, calculating taxes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.,Develop and implement financial strategies to improve the clinic's financial performance.,Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial reporting.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in financial software and accounting systems.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of labor laws and payroll processing is a plus.
