📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Developing and maintaining accurate cost estimates for construction projects,Analyzing project specifications and requirements to determine material and labor costs,Collaborating with project managers and engineers to ensure cost estimates align with project goals,Monitoring project progress and adjusting cost estimates as needed,Preparing detailed cost reports and presentations for stakeholders,Identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing cost-control measures,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards,Providing guidance and support to junior estimators and project team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost estimation for construction projects,Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards,Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry and regulations
