📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the company's reach.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding quotas.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
