📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission,Manage accounts payable and receivable processes,Provide training and support to junior accountants,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with tax regulations and procedures
