📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Screen and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the company's requirements.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various channels.,Provide feedback to candidates and keep them informed about the hiring process.,Ensure compliance with all legal and company policies related to recruitment.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports to improve recruitment processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
