As a Lead Waiter, you will be responsible for managing our waiting staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the high standards of our coffee shop. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of waiters to ensure efficient service delivery.,Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and have a positive dining experience.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the coffee shop.,Manage inventory and ensure that all supplies are adequately stocked.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Work closely with the management team to improve service standards and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Waiter or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of excellent customer service and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food safety and hygiene certification.
