📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.,Manage and supervise a team of pharmacist assistants, providing guidance and support.,Prepare and dispense medications accurately and efficiently to patients.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all pharmacy transactions.,Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure proper medication administration.,Perform inventory management and order new medications as needed.,Assist in the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using pharmacy management software.,Valid pharmacy license and certification.,Familiarity with healthcare insurance and reimbursement processes.
