📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Lead and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Plan and organize kitchen schedules and staff assignments.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership kitchen role.
  • Proven track record of managing kitchen staff effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with local cuisine and culinary trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid food handling certificate.
