📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
  • Manage and lead a team of professionals, including chefs, waitstaff, and management staff.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
  • Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance, ensuring profitability and growth.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Represent the restaurant at industry events and conferences.
  • Ensure the restaurant meets all legal and regulatory requirements.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a team and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and health regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with budget management and financial analysis.
