📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Manage and mentor a team of branch managers and staff to achieve organizational goals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar industry.,Proven experience in managing teams and driving business growth.,Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and project management tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the cement and construction industry is a plus.
