📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies and procedures.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems.,Conducting risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.,Collaborating with various departments to understand their processes and identify areas for improvement.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.,Providing guidance and support to other departments on internal control matters.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of internal controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and international standards is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
