📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Reviewing financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems and processes.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall performance of the organization.
  • Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial information.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and audit tools.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian accounting and auditing standards.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
