PT Bimura Putra Persada is looking for a dedicated Import Order Processor to join our Procurement & Import Processing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing import orders, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process and manage import orders from initiation to completion,Coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods,Maintain accurate records of import orders and related documentation,Monitor and track the status of import orders to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the import process,Provide assistance to the Procurement & Import Processing team as needed,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in import processing,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of import processing strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in import processing or procurement,Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and procedures,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluent in English, both written and spoken,Indonesian citizenship or work permit
