Jaya Gilang Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. As a HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating a positive work environment and helping our team grow.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Handle payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll processing is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
