As our Housekeeping Attendant, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our guest rooms, public areas, and dining spaces. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily room inspections and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, public areas, and dining spaces.
• Use professional cleaning tools and equipment, including vacuum cleaners, steamers, and mops, to ensure thorough and efficient cleaning.
• Prepare and maintain guest rooms for arrival and departure, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in all cleaning tasks.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping supervisor to address any cleaning issues or concerns, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Assist with special cleaning requests and events, such as weddings, conferences, and other special occasions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and follow proper waste disposal and recycling procedures.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, and ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using professional cleaning tools and equipment, such as vacuum cleaners, steamers, and mops.
• Ability to work independently and follow established cleaning protocols and procedures.
• Familiarity with hotel management software, such as Opera or Cendyn, is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as the property is located in Uluwatu.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
