PT Rahayu Persada is looking for a talented and experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and contributing to the overall financial health and growth of the organization. This is an urgent position, and we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to fill this role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and financial planning.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.,Monitor and control company expenses, ensuring that they are within budget and aligned with company goals.,Provide financial guidance and support to senior management, assisting with decision-making processes.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insights to improve financial performance.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial analysis.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other departments.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
