📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient service and customer satisfaction.,Manage and supervise the restaurant staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety, ensuring compliance with health regulations.,Control and optimize inventory levels, including ingredients, supplies, and equipment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Participate in the development and implementation of the restaurant's strategic plan.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using basic computer software and restaurant management systems.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
