FLUX Dinamis is seeking a dedicated Deputy Nurse to join our healthcare team in Kembangan. In this role, you will provide excellent patient care and support to our Head Nurse. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality healthcare services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Nurse in providing direct patient care.,Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status.,Administer medications as prescribed by the Head Nurse.,Assist in the preparation and administration of treatments and therapies.,Maintain a clean and organized patient care area.,Assist in the coordination of patient care activities with other healthcare team members.,Support the Head Nurse in the development and implementation of patient care plans.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse or related healthcare role.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Valid nursing license and certification.
