📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Team Leader in managing and coordinating team activities.,Support the development and growth of team members.,Ensure that team goals and objectives are met.,Maintain a positive and productive work environment.,Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.,Provide feedback and coaching to team members.,Assist in performance reviews and evaluations.,Support the Team Leader in strategic planning and decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software and project management tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with team development and performance management techniques.,Good understanding of Indonesian business culture and practices.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
