📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.,Conduct regular inspections to identify and address production issues.,Train and develop junior staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and performance metrics.,Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
